My Creative Expressions project for this week takes the form of a plaque and of course I used some of my favourite products!

I sprayed the mdf with cosmic shimmer mists, then applied clear texture paste through a mask. Whilst that was drying, I made some flowers using blossoms 2 and kraft card, embossed them with the Celtic rose embossing folder. I then sprayed them and some seam binding with the mist, before assembling. The greeting is a Wendy Vecchi stamp, into UTEE and highlighted with gilding wax.

Something a little different for you today, using Creative Expressions goodies. I was inspired by a photo on pintrest and got to wondering if the fabulousity that is Flake and Glitter glue would work on pebbles - turns out it certainly does. What joy, now not only can I guild on paper, wood, acetate, and metal but pebbles too. Not tried fabric yet, but I might give it a whirl, you don't know if you don't try!

Busy Bees

This week, I've been having a play with the Botanical spray stamps from Creative Expressions, as well as Cosmic Shimmer ink sprays.

First I stamped and clear embossed the spray onto white card, then randomly sprayed the inks.
I stamped the bees randomly onto a square of kraft card, then for my focal point, I drew a circle and stamped the bee around it.

I've been making backgrounds again this week, playing with my masks and getting inky - no change there then!

I embossed my cardstock using the mask, then keeping the mask in place, I stamped, then added perfect medium so that I could heat emboss the pattern. I then went over the whole background with ink. I stamped my images and clear embossed them, mounting them onto foam for added dimension.
